About this project

Unobravo, an online psychology platform, collaborated in 2024 with Momusso, an illustrator and creator, to produce an Instagram Reel exploring everyday life and the subtle signs that can tell us it’s time to take care of our mental health. The video was designed as a narrative split screen: on one side, scenes from the artist’s daily routine; on the other, the same moments portrayed with small but meaningful details that we often dismiss as normal, yet may reveal a need for greater self-care.
