About this project

How impactful is the choice of coffee when paired with a dessert or a dish? Extremely. Especially when it comes to specialty coffee and fine pastries.
1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza, offers a curated selection of blends and single origins, designed to be enjoyed not only as espresso but also through alternative brewing methods. Through a Tuorlo Magazine production, I traveled to Bologna and Rome to create two reels in which two leading names in the pastry world (Gino Fabbri and Casa Manfredi) explain why their creations pair so naturally and effectively with 1895 coffees.
